Whether winter or summer, garage floors have a sneaky way of becoming dirty and harboring dirt, dust, and grime. Wintertime brings the accumulation of salt, snow, and dirt that can be difficult to remove. In the summertime, you’re working on house projects, enjoying evenings in your garage, and wanting a clean space to use or enjoy without the dust and debris.
Making a garage floor sparkle requires more than a quick mop. Whether you need to prep your garage floor for painting or just want to clean things up a bit, we’re here to help!
Based on your floor type and texture, we chose a cleaner and equipment that eliminates grime without harming the surface. Here’s what to expect with our garage floor cleaning services:
- Prep:
Sweep and dust mop the entire garage floor, then vacuum vacuum surface and edges to remove loose debris.
- Pre-treat:
Apply heavy-duty cleaner to stained and heavily soiled areas.
- Clean:
Apply cleaner to the entire surface and use a mechanical scrubber to remove embedded grime.
- Rinse:
Use a squeegee and vacuum attachment to remove excess cleaner and water, then mop all cleaned areas and set up fans to accelerate drying time.
- Complete:
Perform a final mop of all cleaned areas with a neutralizer to remove any cleaning agent residue and allow it to dry.
As an optional add-on, we can apply a removable sealant or wax after cleaning. This is a perfect option for car collectors or anyone who uses their garage as a recreational space.
Important Note: We have the ability to work on spaces no larger than 5,000 sqft. and must have a water drain present.
